Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes. We repair all makes and models — domestic and import, cars, trucks, and SUVs. From older vehicles to the latest models with advanced computer systems, our technicians have the experience and equipment to handle it.
Can you handle both body work and mechanical repairs?
Yes — that’s one of the advantages of choosing Quality Auto Body. If your vehicle needs collision repair and also has mechanical damage from the accident (suspension, brakes, steering), we handle everything under one roof without sending you to a second shop.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed for estimates. Stop by our shop at 3174 Draper Drive in Fairfax during business hours and we’ll take a look. For scheduled repair work, give us a call at (703) 591-6090 so we can get you on the calendar.
Does insurance cover mechanical repairs?
If the mechanical damage was caused by a collision (bent suspension, damaged steering, broken mounts), it’s typically covered under your collision claim. Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear items are not covered by insurance.
How long does a typical auto repair take?
Most mechanical repairs like brakes, struts, or electrical work take 1-2 days. More complex jobs involving engine diagnostics or multiple systems may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline before starting any work.
